Two Actors, two prices

SEC Event Intelligence

Extract material business events from SEC filings for the companies you track. Every event is classified by 8-K item, quotes the filing's own words, and links to the primary document on sec.gov. Built for account research, sales prep, and signal feeds.

  • event · US$0.008

Coverage is any US filer with 8-Ks on EDGAR. The first request for a company fetches its last 12 months (up to 60 filings) and takes longer; after that a company is refreshed on request when its last check is older than a day, and served from the cache otherwise.

Run it on Apify ↗How it works →

SEC Account Briefs

Turn a company's SEC filings into a decision-ready account brief: recent material events, leadership changes, financial signals, and risks — every sentence cited to an 8-K item with a sec.gov link. No-AI, bring-your-own-key, or managed modes.

  • byokBrief · US$0.35
  • managedBrief · US$0.50

Coverage follows the SEC Event Intelligence cache. A brief reports freshness.lastCheckedAt and freshness.stale; when it is stale or the company has never been checked, run SEC Event Intelligence for that company first — the brief itself never fetches from SEC.

The method

Not how we built these Actors — how to do what we did, for your marketplace. Members get five frameworks, each with GTM Solutions as the worked case at the level of decisions taken, and a template to fill in:

  1. Choose the marketplace — read one snapshot — supply concentration, how few listings reach five users, which pricing models are live — before any idea.
  2. Find the gap — screen the segments for a buyer with a repeatable job, few listings that do it, and a demand signal you did not invent.
  3. Specify the experiment — buyer, hypothesis, price, floors, cap and dependencies on one page, before the code.
  4. Build to the gate — what a listing must prove before it is monetized, and the private run that proves it.
  5. Measure and decide — six rules read every Monday from a ledger; a verdict is a row, an overrule is a row with a name on it.
